- Daiya Vegan Cheese - Zero cholesterol because - duh - it's Vegan! But unlike other v-cheeses, it melts! It has fat, but I like this over reduced-, or fat-free dairy cheese because reduced fat dairy cheese tastes like crap. A 1/4 cup has 2 Points+.
- Skinny Cow Ice Cream Treats - Minimal cholesterol, perfect one-serving size to indulge without wrecking my diet. Chocolate Fudge Brownie cup is my favorite! A 5.8 ounce cup has 4 Points+.
- PB2 - This stuff is out of control! If you love peanut butter and have a hard time giving it up, then try this. It has only 45 calories and <2 g of fat per 2 tablespoon serving, compared to peanut butter's 190 calories and 18 grams of fat. Kick butt! 1 Points+ value.
- Fage Total 0% Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt - I always get plain yogurt because it's more versatile than flavored. You can control the flavor to make it savory or sweet. Get a big tub of it, you'll thank me. One cup has 3 Points+.
- Betta Foods TVP chunks - No soy issues? Get a few bags of this to cut down on your meat consumption and reduce your cholesterol. It "cooks" just like meat after you re-hydrate it, cheaper too, since a little goes a long way. 2 Points+ per 1 oz. serving.
- California Cuties Clementine Mandarins - Love these! I can go through a 3 lb. bag in a couple days. A Weight Watchers Power Food with a 0 Points+ value.
- Nature's Own Double Fiber Whole Wheat Bread - My most favorite supermarket sandwich bread. There's 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber per slice, so that sandwich will make you feel fuller. It's soft and wheaty -- haha, I said wheaty -- with only 1 Points+ value.
- Shirataki noodles by Miracle Noodle - I use this product when I am craving pasta. It works very well to absorb the flavors of whatever sauce I'm using. There are 2 servings/bag, each serving has zero calories, zero carbs, zero fat, zero gluten. Nothing but fiber, there's 0 Points+.
- Beano! Let's be serious - if you're going to be eating fiber and veggies then you're gonna be tootin'. Grab some Beano, please!
